Lorsque nous avons édité le premier numéro de l’annuaire, nous souhaitions à travers un guide utile et pratique recenser la filière des travaux et interventions subaquatiques en France.
Notre ambition était de répondre aux besoins des intervenants dans leurs démarches dans un milieu souvent opaque et où l’information circulait avec difficulté.
En 1997 la révolution Internet n’avait pas eu lieu et chercher une entreprise de plongée, un fournisseur, une adresse ou un renseignement était une tache compliquée.
Notre guide a donc trouvé un écho très favorable auprès des professionnels et des donneurs d’ordre et nous n’avons eu cesse de développer notre annuaire pour répondre encore mieux aux attentes de notre lectorat.
La 11è édition de l’annuaire de la plongée version imprimée s’accompagnera de la 3 è année d’existence pour notre site www.travaux-sous-marins.com. Nous avons voulu à travers cette version Web de l’annuaire permettre une utilisation simplifiée et immédiate des informations contenues sur le support publié.
Il n’était pas question de créer un site Internet « papier coller » de ceux déjà existant, mais de mettre en ligne un vrai annuaire, remis à jour régulièrement avec une densité d’informations importante.
Nous entamons donc cette 3è année confiant, plein de projets et de nouveautés.
A cette occasion, nous avons souhaité développer la partie consacrée aux entreprises à l’étranger mais ceci uniquement en accès Internet. La version papier du guide ne change pas pour garder une cohérence vis-à-vis du marché français.
De nombreux partenaires nous ont fait confiance et nous ont accompagné dans notre démarche.Notre volonté n’était pas de révolutionner le monde Web de la plongée professionnelle mais d’être présent auprès des entreprises, des scaphandiers et des donneurs d’ordre comme nous le faisons depuis 10 ans et pour longtemps encore je l’espère.

When we printed the first edition of the directory, we wished ,through a useful and practical guide ,to list the network of  underwater works and interventions in France.
Our ambition was to meet the needs of participants in their initiatives in an often opaque environment where the information circulated with difficulty.

In 1997 the Internet revolution had not taken place and to look for a scuba diving company, a supplier, an address or a piece of information was a complicated task.
Our guide thus found a very favorable echo with the professionals and the principals and we had respite to develop our directory to meet the expectations of our readership.

The 11th edition of the scuba diving directory printed version will come along with our web site www.travaux-sous-marins.com <http://www.travaux-sous-marins.com>  which exist since 3 years now. We wanted through this Web version of the directory to allow a simplified and immediate use of the information contained on the published support.
The idea was not necessary to create a web site " paper to stick " of those already existing, but to put on-line a real directory, updated regularly with an important density of information.

We thus begin this 3rd year confident, full of new projects and ideas.  
In this opportunity, we wish to develop the category dedicated to companies abroad but only in internet access. The paper version of the guide does not change to keep a coherence towards the French market.

Numerous partners relied on us and accompanied us in our initiative. Our will was not to revolutionize the Web world of professional diving but to be present with companies, deep sea divers and principals as we did it for 10 years and I hope therefore in the future with you.

I thus wish you a very good reading and I thank you again for your loyalty which is by far our most beautiful reward.
